I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an avid New York Road Runner, Standup Paddleboards racer, and all around NYC fitness nut. I believe that working out is always better with friends, so come train with me!!

Schedule Details

Standup Paddleboard (done for the season)
The best proprioceptive workout ever! Pier 25 in Tribeca on Saturdays all summer long. Each week is different based on tides so check in on Friday for the latest. Great for beginners and intermediates, or join me for an advanced paddle around Governors Island on Sundays. Extra paddleboard, paddle, and lifejacket provided, just bring your own sunscreen and hydration. Mask required at the dock.

Downtown Group Runs
Tuesdays & Thursday mornings - 7am beginning in Battery Park in front of the Oval
A blend of running and HIIT stations around lower Manhattan, every week is different! Some days we head up the west side, other times we're bouncing back and forth across bridges to Brooklyn. Usually 4-6 miles with strength training along the way. BYOW and make sure to bring a mask!
